MULTI-YEAR PROGRAM

This program serves students in the 9th through 12th grades to prepare to them to become college, career and workforce ready. Our experienced JAG Specialist interviews all students that express interest in the program. Students are targeted for services based on the number of barriers to staying in school through graduation and/or transitioning from school to a career. JAG is a one credit elective course in high school. JAG provides 12 months follow up with students after graduation in order to ensure that the students are successfully engaged in employment and/or post-secondary education.
