JAG PA doesn’t just prepare students for the future — we help them take ownership of it.
Before they even graduate high school, our students are developing the life, leadership, and workforce skills that set them apart. Through in-school and community-based models, we equip youth with the tools to thrive.

What Makes the JAG Advantage Different:

  • Project-Based Learning: Leadership, career exploration, and service-learning projects reinforce real-world communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

  • Trauma-Informed Care: Specialists serve as mentors and guides, helping students overcome challenges and move toward their goals.

  • Employer Engagement: Local employers bring the workplace to the classroom through hands-on career exploration and mentorship.

These aren’t just programs — they’re proven pathways to graduation, employment, and long-term success.
