Fueling Dreams. Building Futures.
JAG PA empowers youth across Pennsylvania with the skills, support, and experiences they need to thrive in school, career, and life.
The JAG Advantage
JAG PA doesn’t just prepare students for the future — we help them take ownership of it.
Before they even graduate high school, our students are developing the life, leadership, and workforce skills that set them apart. Through in-school and community-based models, we equip youth with the tools to thrive.
What Makes the JAG Advantage Different:
Project-Based Learning: Leadership, career exploration, and service-learning projects reinforce real-world communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Trauma-Informed Care: Specialists serve as mentors and guides, helping students overcome challenges and move toward their goals.
Employer Engagement: Local employers bring the workplace to the classroom through hands-on career exploration and mentorship.
These aren’t just programs — they’re proven pathways to graduation, employment, and long-term success.
