COLLEGE SUCCESS PROGRAM

The College Success Program (CSP) supports students through their first semester of college and beyond, helping them earn a degree, diploma, or certificate—or successfully transfer. Each student is paired with a career coach who serves as their personal advocate, assisting with academics, financial aid, career planning, and personal development. Students join a learning community with fellow JAG alumni, take college success courses, and participate in civic engagement through a student organization. CSP also connects students with mentors in their career field, job shadowing experiences, and internships. Participants are expected to mentor high school students interested in CSP.
