The Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) program was first introduced in Pennsylvania in 2017 at Olney Charter High School, serving 45 students under the leadership of JAG New Jersey.

In 2019, Jobs for America's Graduates Pennsylvania (JAG PA) was officially incorporated as a statewide nonprofit organization, focused on expanding access to career readiness programming for youth across the Commonwealth.
