Meet Dr. Ruth B. Patterson
Dr. Ruth Patterson leads JAG Pennsylvania's statewide mission to expand opportunity, strengthen education-to-career pathways, and help young people develop the skills, relationships and confidence needed to thrive.
With more than three decades of leadership experience spanning K–12 education, higher education, nonprofit management, workforce development, community engagement and program implementation, Dr. Patterson brings both a student-centered perspective and a statewide growth strategy to JAG PA.
As President & CEO, she provides strategic direction for program quality, partnerships, school expansion, accreditation, employer and postsecondary engagement, resource development, compliance and continued implementation of the JAG model throughout Pennsylvania.
